Cancellation Policy:
If you miss your appointment without giving us at least 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the total service charge. We will use the card you have on file when booking, but we may waive the fee depending on the situation and your stylist's discretion.
So, what happens if you have to cancel your appointment? No worries, just give us a call or email as soon as you know you can't make it. We understand that life happens, and we're happy to help you reschedule your appointment for another time.

Please note that if you book an appointment for a Sunday or Monday, it falls outside our normal business hours. However, if you're able to book it online, someone will be available on-site. On those days, the door may be locked when you arrive. Rest assured, someone is inside.
